If we are a good fit, you will sign your agreement, receive access to our client portal, and provide us access to your QuickBooks Online account (if applicable).
Step 3.
Whether you need a Financial Reset, Financial Foundation, or to start Monthly Bookkeeping, we will complete the work needed to get your financial records organized and accurate.
Step 4.
Receive accurate financial reports and ongoing support so you can confidently make business decisions and focus on growing your business.

1. Will I have to sign a 1-year contract?
Absolutely not! Plan To Purpose only operates on month-to-month contracts and as long as you give appropriate notice you are free to cancel our services.
2. What software do you use?
We use QuickBooks Online as our accounting software and Gusto as our payroll software.
3. How do you communicate with clients?
We believe bookkeeping should come with reliable support. We respond to all client communications within 48 business hours and offer scheduled Zoom meetings when additional guidance is needed.
Clients also receive access to our secure client portal, making it easy to manage bookkeeping requests, upload documents, and stay connected throughout the month.
4. Do you offer in-person meetings?
Plan to Purpose is 100% online and only offer online services.
