The Money Plan
Clarity, on purpose.
Know what to pay, save, reduce, and do next. Every month.
We turn your bookkeeping into a plan with clear, simple language and the accountability to actually follow it.
A quick hello from Tiara.
A short personal intro, so you know who is behind the plan.
Four moves that shape your plan.
Built for the business owner who is current, but not clear.
Your books are up to date but you still feel out of control when you look at your bank balance.
There is a real problem sitting in your numbers right now: credit card debt or a loan you know you should be paying down but keep pushing to the side because looking at it scares you.
You are ready to act on a plan not just look at another report and set it aside.
Five steps. We already have the first three covered. This adds the last two.
Bookkeeping
Transactions categorized and reconciled every month so your books are clean and current.
Reports
Profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow: accurate, on time, every month.
Analysis
What the numbers actually mean for your business this month, not just what they say.
Plan
A written monthly plan: what to pay, what to save, what to reduce, and what to do next.
The Money PlanAccountability
A monthly check in on what got done so the plan turns into results, not just good intentions.
The Money PlanThe kickoff: where your first plan comes from.
- 01Fill out a short intake questionnaire beforehand: your goals, what has kept you up at night financially, and any decisions you have been putting off.
- 02We review a full catch-up: trends across your P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, not just the latest month.
- 03We go through every recurring charge line by line: subscriptions, fees, automatic drafts, so you know exactly what is leaving your account instead of guessing.
- 04Together, we name the one financial problem that most needs a decision right now.
- 05You leave the session with your first written Money Plan, built with you, not handed to you, so you are comfortable with every part of it.
Behind on taxes. A client's estimated payments haven't kept pace with revenue. We build a plan that sets aside a fixed percentage from every deposit going forward.
Money that feels missing. A client is convinced her bank is quietly draining her account. We go through every charge together and find out that it is not the bank: it is four forgotten subscriptions and a fee she didn't know she was paying.
A balance that won't move. A client has only been making minimum payments on a card for over a year and doesn't understand why there hasn't been much progress on the balance. We build a plan that puts a real number toward it each month, so it is actually paid down instead of carried indefinitely.
Three things, every single month.
Your written money plan
A short document in clear, simple language: what to pay, what to save, what to reduce, and what to do next, not a report you have to interpret yourself.
Monthly accountability check in
A standing session where we look at last month's plan against what actually happened, and adjust for what is next.
Access between sessions
Questions don't wait for the next check in. If a decision can't wait a month, neither should the answer.
Two phases. Heavier lift up front, lighter to sustain.
The Kickstart is a one-time flat fee for the first three months. The Ongoing Plan is billed monthly starting month 4.
Here's what happens when you sign up.
You take the questionnaire
A few quick questions about your business and where things stand financially. Takes about five minutes.
You hear back from us directly
No automated blast. If it is a great fit, you will get an email to enroll and submit payment to lock in your spot. If it is not quite right yet, we will tell you honestly and point you toward what would help more.
You schedule your kickoff call
Once you're enrolled, a separate email goes out to pick a time that works for you.
Your kickoff call
This is where your first written Money Plan actually gets built, together, live, so you leave with something real instead of a promise to follow up later.
What people usually ask before joining.
Do I need to already be a bookkeeping client?
Yes. The Money Plan builds on books that are already accurate, so it is an add on to Monthly Bookkeeping rather than a standalone service. If you are not yet a client, we will start there first.
How long am I committed to?
The Foundation phase runs the first three months while we build your plan from scratch. After that, it continues month to month as a lighter add on. Once you reach month 4 you can cancel at anytime.
What if something changes partway through the month?
Your plan is a living document, not something locked in the day it is written. If your numbers shift (a client loss, an unexpected bill), we adjust the plan with you rather than waiting for the next cycle.
How is this different from just getting my monthly reports?
Reports tell you what happened. The plan tells you what to do about it, in plain language, with a next step attached.
Am I going to lose control of my spending decisions?
No. The plan is built with you not handed to you. Every recommendation is something we talk through together and nothing goes into your plan you are not comfortable following. You stay in the driver's seat. We just make sure you are not driving blind.
What does it cost?
The Kickstart is a one-time $650 fee for the first three months while we build the plan. From month 4 and on, it is $150/month.
